Job Description:
Co-Ordination of operations with all parties involved &development of close relationship with the shipping line
CFS,CHA& other vendors to assure good services.
Obtaining rates for shipments from the commercials team such as transport ,the container pricing team,& other
connected partners
Ensure that the shipments is handled smoothly Full
Tracking shipments & day to day updates to customers by telephone & E-Mails Full
Documentation duties such as BL, cost sheet preparation, vendor /client payment follow up, billing
keeping records of all shipments & preparing reports of execution
Experience: Mini 1yrs exp. in Freight Forwarding/ Shipping Industry
Qualification: Graduation
