The Import Freight Forwarding Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end import operations, including documentation, coordination with shipping lines, manifest filing, and maintaining accurate operational reports.
The role ensures timely release of Delivery Orders (DO), compliance with import procedures, and efficient handling of all operational activities.
Manage Import Freight Forwarding Operations to ensure smooth and timely cargo handling.
Handle Import Delivery Order (DO) release from shipping lines and ensure accurate documentation.
Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, and internal teams to resolve any operational issues or discrepancies.
Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in import freight forwarding or shipping line operations.
Good understanding of import documentation, customs processes, and INCOTERMS.
Hands-on experience with ODEX and shipping line online portals is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
