Minimum 11 years of experience in Civil construction projects out of which 06 years of experience in design/ execution of Ballastless track for Railways/ Metro.
Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring projects adhere to timelines and allocated resources.
Creating detailed blueprints, conducting feasibility studies, and performing structural analysis to ensure designs are sound and meet safety standards.
Overseeing construction activities, managing site operations, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring quality control and safety compliance.
Conducting site surveys, analyzing soil conditions, and identifying potential risks or challenges that may impact the project.
Monitoring project expenses, managing procurement, and ensuring projects stay within the allocated budget.
Implementing quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
