Obtaining rates for shipments from the commercials team such as transport ,the container pricing team,& other connected partners. Ensure that the shipments is handled smoothly Tracking shipments & day to day updates to customers by telephone & E-Mails Documentation duties such as BL, cost sheet preparation, vendor /client payment follow up, billing.
