Job Description

Location:

Objective:

Key Responsibilities:

Follow SOPs for service contract creation, amendments, TLI validation, and guideline quoting.
Revert to New Proposal/Amendment/TLI requests within agreed TAT.
Prepare accurate, error-free contracts as per instructions.
Achieve individual and team SLA and TAT targets.
Follow up with trades and agencies to resolve pending RFIs.
Document learnings for future reference.
Build strong working relationships within the team; cross-train and support other processes.

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications:

Graduate from any stream.
14 years of experience in service contracts or commercial shipping.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Basic MS Office knowledge; advanced Excel preferred.
Knowledge of shipping commercials, ocean freight, surcharges, and general trade awareness.
Good geographical knowledge
and proficiency in MS Office.

Knowledge of Surcharges and Trade Practices (FMC, etc.)
