This role will involve collaborating with corporate partners, NGOs, and internal stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate volunteering initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about corporate social responsibility (CSR), has excellent project management skills, and can build strong partnerships to maximize the impact of volunteering efforts. Responsibilities Volunteering Program Development Execution: Design and implement innovative corporate volunteering programs aligned with company values and CSR goals. Collaborate with corporate clients to develop customized volunteering initiatives that address social challenges. Manage end-to-end event logistics, ensuring smooth execution of volunteering activities. Ensure inclusivity, diversity, and sustainability in all programs. Stakeholder Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, NGOs, and community organizations. Work closely with HR, CSR teams, and leadership to integrate volunteering into employee engagement strategies. Coordinate with non-profits to identify meaningful volunteering opportunities. Employee Engagement Communications: Promote volunteering opportunities and encourage employee participation through engaging communication campaigns. Conduct awareness sessions, workshops, and training for employees and corporate partners. Collect and showcase volunteer stories and impact metrics through reports, social media, and newsletters. Impact Measurement Reporting: Track and evaluate the impact of volunteering programs using quantitative and qualitative metrics. Prepare reports, case studies, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Provide recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of programs. Budget Compliance Management: Manage the volunteering budget and ensure cost-effective execution of activities. Ensure compliance with CSR regulations, corporate policies, and legal guidelines. Mandatory Qualification and Experience: Bachelors or Master s degree in Social Work, CSR, Business Administration, or related fields 2-4 years of experience in corporate volunteering, employee engagement, CSR, or related roles Experience working with NGOs, corporate clients, and social impact projects Knowledge of CSR laws, ESG reporting, and impact measurement frameworks Desirable
