Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer support. The role involves managing customer service operations, addressing customer complaints, and working towards improving the overall customer service experience. Additionally, the executive will maintain regular communication with clients to understand and exceed their expectations.
