Job Requirements Role/ Job Title -Associate Manager Operations-Projects Function/ Department - Projects Job Purpose The role bearer has the responsibility to assist Operations manager with management of quality assurance methodology for operations process. It entails performing administrative tasks, assisting other departments as needed, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role holder is expected to collaborate with quality team members to identify and streamline processes and implement process standards that enhance service delivery and the customer experience. Roles & Responsibilities Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation. Prepare dashboards for senior management for developing action plans to improve accuracy, quality scores and customer experience. Provide structured and timely recommendations to Quality Manager, Leadership, operations, analysts and MIS teams. Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action. Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements. Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality. Gather training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards. Analyse and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements. Monitor risk management activities. Ensure client data is protected from the public and secured against fraud by enforcing access rights and verification levels. Stay abreast with global market trends and competitor strategies in key markets.
