You will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in managing the quality assurance methodology for operations processes. Your role will involve performing administrative tasks, collaborating with the quality team to identify and streamline processes, and implementing process standards to improve service delivery and customer experience. - Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation. - Prepare dashboards for senior management to develop action plans for improving accuracy, quality scores, and customer experience. - Provide structured and timely recommendations to the Quality Manager, Leadership, operations, analysts, and MIS teams. - Report all malfunctions to production executives for immediate action. - Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements. - Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality. - Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards. - Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure according to company guidelines and external regulatory requirements. - Monitor risk management activities. - Protect client data from the public and fraud by enforcing access rights and verification levels. - Stay updated with global market trends and competitor strategies in key markets. - Graduate in any discipline. - Postgraduate in any field.,
