Associate Manager - Business Analyst

Purpose/Objective

Team Member - Business Analytics analyses business data to identify trends, generate insights, and support strategic planning. Collaborates with stakeholders to deliver analytics projects that enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct exploratory data analysis and apply statistical techniques to uncover trends and relationships in operational data. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and prioritize requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Data Modelling: Develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms to forecast business outcomes and optimize data structures. Data Quality Assurance: Establish data validation protocols and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity. Dashboard and Report Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time insights and performance tracking. Regulatory Compliance : Adherence to data privacy compliance regulations Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships while ensuring effective coordination and communication across internal departments. Project Management: Ensure the timely delivery of assigned projects, taking full responsibility for their successful completion. Digital Mindset: Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness. Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred Work Experience: Minimum of 4-8 years of analytics with data science experience
