Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems and processes to optimize power generation operations.
• Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner.
• Leading and participating in engineering projects to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety within the power generation facilities.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce operational costs.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards in all mechanical engineering activities.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to mechanical engineering.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 4-20 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry.
• Demonstrated track record of success in mechanical engineering roles.
• Experience with power generation facilities and equipment.
