Role & responsibilities

Slay KPIs like a boss (productivity, attendance, attritionits all in a days work)
Be the teams hype-person, coach, and go-to guru
Keep operations smooth: queues, schedules, and admin magic
Build client vibes that outlast any playlist
Turn data into decisions (and maybe a meme or two)
Make sure customers leave with smiles (screenshots encouraged)
Keep the big wigs updated with crisp, clear reports

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years killing it in tech sales (sales = your main KPI)
Tech support experience with a dash of up-selling flair
Leadership skills that make people say, “I wanna work with them!”
Fluent in English (and fluent in good vibes)
Bachelor’s degree? Nice-to-have, not a must-have
Time management ninja moves
Metric-savvy mindset
Team player energy
