Responsibilities Lead and manage piping projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and budgetary guidelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop piping designs that meet project requirements Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the performance and integrity of piping systems Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Prepare project documentation, including specifications, reports, and progress updates Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to procure materials and services Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance project outcomes Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize piping processes and workflows Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards Qualifications Minimum of 12-17 years of experience in the Thermal Power industry Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Show more Show less
