Roles and Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition:

    Proactively acquiring new current account customers in a designated branch area to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy:

    Developing and implementing sales strategies, including catchment mapping and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement:

    Interacting directly with potential customers to understand their needs and explain the features and benefits of current account products.
  • Relationship Management:

    Building strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Activation:

    Ensuring newly acquired customers are registered and activated for direct banking channels.
  • Cross-selling:

    Capitalizing on customer relationships to identify and grow additional revenue potential.
  • Support:

    Assisting the Sales Manager with feedback and other sales-related activities.
