Ternally - Business Development & Sales Lead (India) chandigarh,bengaluru,delhi / ncr 5 - 8 years INR 3.5 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. Hybrid Full Time

Role Overview Youll own everything from pipeline generation to closing deals. This is a hands-on, founder-like position where youll design and execute the GTM strategy, talk to customers daily, and build the foundation for a scalable sales function. You’ll work directly with the founders to: Identify and reach out to target customers (small business owners). Run discovery calls and product demos Close deals and onboard customers Build repeatable sales processes and systems as we grow. What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end sales process - from lead generation to deal closure Develop a GTM strategy with the founders and refine positioning and messaging. Create and run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, partnerships, field visits). Conduct product demos, understand customer pain points, and tailor the pitch. Gather customer feedback to help improve the product and user experience. Build and maintain a light CRM and sales playbook Represent Ternally at virtual events, communities, and Meta partner ecosystems. Identify strategic BD opportunities with agencies, influencers, and SaaS partners. Requirements 5 - 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or Digital Agency sales Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working in a startup or zero-to-one environment - you’ll create your own systems. Self-driven, structured, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end. Strong understanding of the Meta ecosystem (Facebook, Instagram, Ads Manager, APIs) - big plus.
