Our focus is on professionals above 40 who need support with outreach and communication. We act as a personal assistant for matrimonial coordination , managing introductions, calls, and follow-ups with families in a respectful way. About the Role We are looking for a warm, well-spoken, and responsible individual to assist in outreach and coordination for a matrimonial alliance. You'll represent a 44-year-old Hindu Tamil professional (living in UK) and his family (in Tamil Nadu), reaching out to suitable prospective matches and their families through matrimonial platforms. This is a part-time, home based role with flexible hours, good pay and bonus. This job needs 2 hours per day for 5 days per week. Responsibilities Use platforms such as Shaadi, Tamil Matrimony to identify matches Introduce grooms profile to families in a clear and respectful way Build rapport and trust with families; handle questions and objection Coordinate and setup first-level conversations between families Share regular updates, and feedback from outreach efforts Requirements Fluency in Tamil essential. Preference for married candidates; ideally aged 35 or above Background in sales, customer support, or tele calling (preferred) Polite, patient, and able to communicate confidently with families Basic smartphone or laptop with internet access.
