Job Summary

As a Compliance and Regulatory Specialist within our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations adhere to legal standards and regulations. Your work will be vital in maintaining compliance, promoting process efficiencies, and supporting expansion projects. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to maximize benefits and ensure audit readiness.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with STPI, SEZ, Customs, and other regulations.
  • Manage filings for new sites and track regulatory developments.
  • Identify new laws and regulations impacting the entity.
  • Handle STPI/SEZ licenses and import-related liabilities.
  • Drive operational process efficiencies and governance.
  • Manage inspections and ensure audit readiness.
  • Maintain project documents and track project health.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Technical/Masters Degree with 5+ years of experience in legal background
  • Strong controls mindset and attention to detail.
  • Superior communication skills for effective interaction across levels.
  • Competency in technology and online tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to identify and escalate issues timely.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Experience with SharePoint and Tableau.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Research skills in best practices and market intelligence.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
