Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Associate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent client service, assisting with the procurement and tracking of orders, and facilitating clear communication with jewellery retailers. Additional responsibilities involve maintaining timely and accurate documentation, supporting sales processes, and providing solutions to client inquiries. The Associate will collaborate with internal teams to improve operational procedures and streamline business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively to handle operations and order fulfillment.
• Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to maintain professional relationships with retailers and clients.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce systems and technological tools to navigate and manage platform operations efficiently.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work cohesively with internal teams to improve workflow processes.
• Proficiency in using software tools like Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, commerce, or a related field is desirable.
• Prior experience in the jewellery, retail, or e-commerce sector is a plus.
