Associate IT

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all IT helpdesk queries, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality user support.
• Handle hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and configuration across multiple platforms including macOS.
• Manage end-to-end IT asset lifecycle: procurement, tagging, assignment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Facilitate asset allocation for new joiners and ensure efficient asset recovery during employee exits.
• Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders, repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.
• Organize and track asset movement between locations or departments, maintaining up-to-date inventory records.
• Oversee peripheral and secondary IT infrastructure including TVs, speakers, and other media hardware.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL practices in daily operations and contribute to continuous process improvement.

The Successful Applicant:

• Proficiency in English (written and oral).
• Ability to complete tasks on time and collaborate with other departments.
• Possesses outstanding communication abilities and is skilled in engaging with stakeholders.
• Should possess a strong problem-solving nature.
• Must be proficient in data management.
• Should demonstrate high integrity and ownership.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT asset management or IT support roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
