Job Purpose :

The IT Associate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network systems across the organization. The role involves supporting real estate project teams, site offices, and HO users in resolvin IT-related issues and implementing new systems in alingment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

User Support & Helpdesk

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric systems, and other peripherals.

• Manage user accounts, email configurations, VPN access, and shared drives.

Network & Infrastructure Maintenance:

• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers swand internet connections.

• Coordinate with vendors/ISPs' for uptime and quick issue resolution.

• Ensure network security protocols are followed and up-to-date. O Software & Application

Support:

Install, update, and troubleshoot common software (MS Office, ERP, AutoCAD, CRM tools, etc.).

Support internal systems related to real estate operations such as project management, billing, and customer service platforms.

Asset Management:

• Maintain IT inventory and documentation of hardware/software assets.

• Ensure AMC, warranty, and licensing compliance.

Site IT Support(if applicable):

• Provide IT setup and ongoing support for project sites including connectivity, CCTV, time-

attendance systems, and mobile devices.

IT Policy Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to IT policiçs and data backup protocols

• Assist in eriodic audits and IT securitv checks.

Technical Skills:

•Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and basic networking.

•Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and system administration

•Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

Behavioural Skills: Analytical Skills, Teamwork, Verbal and writing skills, Time Management,

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: 2-5 Years.

Language Skills: English, Bengali and Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
