Associate, IT Service Project Sourcing

Role Overview: As an Associate within the Global Supplier Services team at JPMorgan Chase, your main responsibility will be to support the global Category Management team by defining category strategy, executing long-term category plans, fostering relationships with cross-functional business stakeholders, and managing key supplier relationships. You will also be involved in managing the category, handling unique reporting and comparative analysis needs. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their IT Project Services needs and align them with procurement strategies that drive client success and business results. - Work closely with aligned Category Management to establish, identify, and refine process improvements and relationship management both internally and externally. - Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors, ensuring that vendor performance meets organizational standards. - Update, maintain, and create procedural guidelines, SharePoint sites, and resource documents. - Identify opportunities to educate the business on sourcing Services and Contingent Labor Best Practices. - Ensure compliance and utilization of strategic programs, and adherence to executed agreements including pricing, processes, and policies. - Partner with the ITPS team to intake requirements, qualify, and define opportunities for reporting requirements. - Apply analysis and trends to global sourcing category operations support. - Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in behavior and performance consistently. - Focus on continuous learning regarding sourcing best practices through partnership with various internal teams and gain experience in global sourcing systems. - Maintain emphasis on Communication, Mailbox & Vendor Management System dashboard management. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience or equivalent work in Sourcing and Procurement. - Knowledge of Professional Services/Contingent Workforce/Labor Sourcing best practices within a centralized sourced model, including exposure to supply chain and demand management planning. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey procurement strategies, updates, and results to stakeholders and team members. - Knowledge of the key aspects of the RFI/RFP/RFQ and sourcing process. - Technology or Clerical & Professional - Contingent Workforce/Professional Services Sourcing experience. - Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, understanding how to effectively use them. - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and complex environment, within a strong collaborative team environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Deliver first-class service to customers & improve end-user experience. - Thrive in a dynamic environment. - Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
