Job Description

Role Description Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced L2 Production Support Engineer to provide hands-on support for critical production systems during offshore hours. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, experience with API testing, and familiarity with technologies such as MuleSoft and Java Spring Boot . Key Responsibilities Act as a Level 2 support resource for production systems during offshore hours. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly; escalate to Level 3 support when needed. Perform functional, regression, and API testing to validate system fixes. Monitor system performance, logs, and metrics to proactively identify issues. Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams for fast issue resolution. Maintain thorough documentation of incidents, root causes, and resolution steps. Mandatory Skills Proven experience in L2 production support roles. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Hands-on experience with API testing (manual or automated). Familiarity with MuleSoft and Java Spring Boot technologies. Good understanding of system monitoring tools and log analysis. Experience working in offshore support or non-standard hours. Good To Have Skills Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and collaboration with DevOps. Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). Scripting experience (e.g., Python, Shell, or PowerShell). Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with SQL and database troubleshooting.
