Job Description

Role Objective/Purpose :

HR processes

Primary Responsibilities :

Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Ensure harmonious industrial & employee relations by proactively engaging with technicians, global-grade employees, and plant leadership.
  • Act as the first point of contact for addressing employee grievances, resolving shopfloor concerns, and facilitating timely redressal of issues.

Development

  • Partner with HoDs/Managers to identify functional skills and develop a comprehensive

    skill matrix

    across all Manufacturing Departments.
  • Lead the E&T Pillar under TPM, driving the overall

    Training Strategy

    and governance.
  • Facilitate

    multiskilling

    of technicians and create structured growth opportunities through skill block progression.
  • Conduct periodic capability building sessions for front-line leaders and individual contributors.

Communication

  • Drive internal employee communication initiatives to foster engagement and transparency.
  • Manage communication channels and platforms to ensure timely and effective information cascade.

Talent Management

  • Lead the delivery of global talent management programs for all manufacturing-based associates (e.g., Performance Management, Top Talent Program, Mentoring).
  • Support

    Succession Planning

    efforts for all identified critical roles in Manufacturing Operations.
  • Build a

    culture of recognition

    in the manufacturing plant by leveraging existing platforms.

Factory Compliances

  • Maintain and update the

    Register of Regulations (ROR)

    .
  • Handle renewals and submissions for Licenses.
  • Represent, coordinate, and liaise with

    Govt authorities for audits

    .
  • Ensure zero non-compliances.

HR Operations

  • Ensure timely and accurate

    payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave administration

    .
  • Manage time office operations and coordinate with the payroll vendor as needed.
  • Maintain employee records in the Employee Central through MSS, ensuring

    data integrity

    .
  • Handle

    statutory benefits

    like PF, ESI, gratuity, etc., and support audits or inspections.
  • Act as a go-to person for employees regarding HR-related queries, supporting them on benefits, policies, letters, and other documentation needs
