### About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Associate HR Manager to manage client accounts, drive end-to-end recruitment processes, and leverage AI-driven tools for talent acquisition
The ideal candidate will have experience managing technology hiring across domains such as Cloud, Data, DevOps, ML/AI, and Software Development, while also bringing innovation and process efficiency through Generative AI and data-driven HR practices
### Role Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and successful closures
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams or third-party vendors to fulfill hiring needs
- Source and assess technology candidates using hiring portals, partner networks, and social media platforms
- Manage technology-focused recruitment across roles in Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, ML/AI, Data Analysis, and Full Stack Development
- Schedule and conduct AI-based interviews, leveraging Generative AI tools for candidate evaluation and shortlisting
### Required Qualifications- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and current hiring trends
- Hands-on experience with hiring portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) and social sourcing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in AI/automation tools used for screening or interview assistance
### Preferred Qualifications- Experience in technical hiring for product-based or IT services companies
- Exposure to Generative AI tools or automation in HR operations
- Understanding of modern HR analytics and recruitment metrics
### Good to Have- Prior client-facing or account management experience
- Bachelor s/master s degree in computer science, Engineering, Management or related field
