We need a sharp, motivated

Associate HR

to join us on-site. This is a full-time role designed for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of IT services and enjoys the challenge of finding top-tier technical talent.As an Associate, you won't just be assisting; you will be owning the candidate journey. From the initial LinkedIn "ping" to the final offer letter, you will be the face of our company to the tech community. Your Day-to-Day:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Proactively source and headhunt technical talent (Developers, DevOps, QA, etc.) via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Indeed, and GitHub.
  • Vetting & Screening: Conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical aptitude, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an airtight recruitment funnel, ensuring all candidates are tracked in our systems and followed up with promptly.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with Technical Leads to understand project requirements and manage interview schedules.
  • HR Operations: Handle onboarding paperwork, maintain employee records, and support general HR administration as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4–6 years of experience in HR or Recruitment (IT recruitment experience is highly preferred).
  • Tech Literacy: A solid understanding of the IT landscape (different programming languages, frameworks, and roles).
  • Communication: High-level verbal and written communication skills-you must be able to "sell" the company's vision to candidates.
  • The "Hustle": A proactive mindset. You don't wait for applications to come in; you go out and find the best talent.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs) and experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
