Roles and Responsibilities

Source suppliers through various channels such as LinkedIn, industry associations, and online platforms.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate prices with them.
Manage contracts from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Analyze data to track performance metrics and improve procurement processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in supply chain management or related field (procurement, sourcing).
Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices.
Excellent negotiation skills for price agreements with suppliers.
