Role Description: Video Editor and Graphic Designer

As a Video and Graphic Designer at ROA Skincare, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand’s visual identity. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual concepts that communicate ideas to inspire, inform, and captivate our customers. This is a full-time role where your creativity will directly contribute to our marketing efforts and overall brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:Video Editing and Content Creation:

Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, website, and ad campaigns

• Create visually appealing and on-brand video content that aligns with brand’s messaging

Website Visuals and Creative Design Changes:

• Develop and update visual elements on our website, ensuring consistency with our brand identity

Google/Meta Ad Content and Creatives:

• Design and develop eye-catching ad creatives for Google and Meta platforms that drive engagement and conversions

Social Media Ad Content and Creatives:

• Craft visually compelling content for social media ads that resonate with our target audience

Photography and Videography (Preferred):

• Ability to shoot high-quality videos and photos is a plus

Qualifications:Graphic and Video Design:

• Proficiency in graphic design, logo design, and branding
• Experience with creating ad copies and creatives for print and digital media
• Technical Skills:
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
• Experience working with typography and a good eye for design
• Project Management:
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a timely manner
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Education and Experience:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is beneficial but not required
• Previous experience working with D2C companies is a plus

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1+ years of professional experience in design, visual storytelling, or creative content creation
• Experience with a Skincare or Beauty brand is good to have but not necessary
• Deep understanding of illustration, visual composition, design systems, color theory, and creative direction
• A portfolio showcasing narrative-driven visual work, AI-generated campaigns, and/or brand-defining visual design
