As an Associate- Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving our brand's visual identity across digital touchpoints. You will translate ideas and concepts into visually compelling, user-friendly designs that resonate with our target audience while staying true to the brand's mission and voice. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that drive engagement and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and visually appealing designs for a wide range of use cases including but not limited to social media, digital marketing ads, reels, stories, email campaigns, landing pages, and website banners that align with the brand language.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, brainstorm collectively and align on the deliverables.
• Create engaging infographics, illustrations, and animations to communicate complex information in a visually compelling way.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
• Optimize designs for various platforms and devices to ensure optimal viewing experiences.
• Analyze the performance of design assets along with the marketing team to inform future creative decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 3-5 years

  of experience as

  Graphic/ Visual Communication

  into

  Digital Design

• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual design projects. (Mandatory)

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Ability to work efficiently in an agile startup environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
