Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Presentation Design & Communication Assets (Primary Focus)

• Create high-quality presentation decks for sales, events, impact stories, client pitches, and internal communications.
• Build visually appealing templates, one-pagers, flyers, brochures, posters, and fact sheets aligned with the brand.
• Convert complex information into simple, engaging layouts using icons, diagrams, tables, and visual storytelling.
• Maintain and evolve the internal presentation library to ensure brand consistency.

2. Marketing Collateral Development:

• Design creatives such as event flyers, email headers, social media visuals, and campaign assets.
• Support the marketing team with polished visual materials for outreach and promotions.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across touchpoints.

3. Visual Layout & Brand Storytelling:

• Translate ideas, event concepts, and narrative themes into strong visual stories.
• Collaborate with content writers to structure slides and materials logically and persuasively.
• Create compelling visual flows, diagrams, and illustrations to simplify complex concepts.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Partnerships, Events, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to understand requirements.
• Present design variations, gather feedback, and iterate quickly while maintaining quality.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.

5. Research & Continuous Improvement:

• Keep up with global presentation design trends (e.g., storytelling patterns, chart styles, business deck formats.
• Suggest design improvements, new formats, and better ways of visualizing Goodera's impact.
• Benchmark presentation styles from leading brands to keep our decks fresh and modern.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 25 years of experience specifically in presentation design, communication design, or marketing design.

• Strong profic

  iency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

• Ability to structure information logically and design clean, high-impact layouts.
• Understanding of brand systems, typography, grids, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with motion graphics or simple slide animations is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Print design knowledge for flyers, posters, and event materials.
