About the Role We’re looking for a seasoned Ecommerce Brand Growth Specialist who can independently own and lead ecommerce growth across Amazon, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and performance channels . This is a full-time, in-office role based in Mumbai —ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and is obsessed with results. You’ll be the driving force behind our online growth—managing everything from marketplace performance to paid media optimization. If you know how to turn numbers into strategy and strategy into scale, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities 📈 Growth & Performance Strategy Analyze sales data, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify actionable growth opportunities. Develop and execute ecommerce strategies rooted in data and experimentation. Drive key KPIs: GMV, Conversion Rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, CLV, and repeat purchase rate. Forecast demand and align inventory planning to prevent stockouts or excess inventory. 🛒 Amazon & Marketplace Management Own and optimize our Amazon Seller Central account end-to-end: listings, ads, backend health, and inventory sync. Implement A/B testing on product pages, pricing, images, and descriptions to maximize conversions. Analyze keywords and trends using Amazon tools (Brand Analytics, Helium10, etc.) to stay ahead of the curve. Monitor reviews and ratings, and improve product positioning based on competitive insights. 📊 Ads & Paid Acquisition Strategically run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) , Amazon Ads , and Google Ads . Work with creative and content teams to build high-performing full-funnel campaigns. Segment audiences and drive retargeting, upsell, and retention strategies. Test and scale creative formats, copy, and landing pages for highest ROI. 🔍 Pricing, Promotions & Category Growth Recommend dynamic pricing, bundles, and promotions to increase conversion and profitability. Identify and scale high-performing products or categories. Continuously monitor competitors to refine pricing and positioning strategy. 🧠 UX & Conversion Optimization Analyze drop-offs and friction points across product journeys. Partner with tech/UX teams to improve performance and user experience across devices. Who You Are 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce growth, digital performance marketing, or marketplace management. Proven expertise in Amazon Seller Central , Amazon Ads , and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads . Highly analytical and hands-on with tools like GA4, Ads Manager, Excel/Sheets, etc. Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable making decisions independently.
