About the Role We’re looking for a seasoned Ecommerce Brand Growth Specialist who can independently own and lead ecommerce growth across Amazon, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and performance channels . Forecast demand and align inventory planning to prevent stockouts or excess inventory. 🛒 Amazon & Marketplace Management Own and optimize our Amazon Seller Central account end-to-end: listings, ads, backend health, and inventory sync. Work with creative and content teams to build high-performing full-funnel campaigns. Segment audiences and drive retargeting, upsell, and retention strategies. Test and scale creative formats, copy, and landing pages for highest ROI. 🔍 Pricing, Promotions & Category Growth Recommend dynamic pricing, bundles, and promotions to increase conversion and profitability. Identify and scale high-performing products or categories. Continuously monitor competitors to refine pricing and positioning strategy. 🧠 UX & Conversion Optimization Analyze drop-offs and friction points across product journeys. Partner with tech/UX teams to improve performance and user experience across devices. Who You Are 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce growth, digital performance marketing, or marketplace management.
