Job Description

We seek anexceptional Brand Activation Managerto architect and lead our social-first brand strategy. This is a high-impact, creative leadership roleperfect for a strategic marketer with hands-on experience building beloved brands (ideally in Beauty/Skincare/D2C).

You will own our social voice and drive activation across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube). Your work will create buzz, foster authentic partnerships, and ensure R.O.A Skincare remains top-of-mind in all relevant conversations.

What You'll Do:

Brand & Activation Strategy

  • Architect and launch our 0?1 social media strategy, establishing R.O.A Skincare as a high-recall, positively perceived brand.
  • Design and deliver integrated, buzzworthy brand campaigns across key social channelsdriving both brand metrics and business impact.
  • Lead influencer/creator marketing, building authentic partnerships to scale credible, engaging conversations.

Lead the Social Chatter

  • Act as R.O.A's primary online voice: proactively engage in industry discussions, hijack cultural moments, and make us a go-to brand in the Beauty/Skincare space.
  • Build out a robust social listening function: monitor brand health, track competitors, identify emerging opportunities.
  • Craft and maintain a distinct, witty, authoritative brand personality.

Operational Excellence

  • Set up scalable processes, workflows, and measurement frameworks to run a high-performing social function.
  • Manage agency/content partnersestablishing a high bar for creative quality and execution.
  • Own the activation calendar and budgets, ensuring optimal resource deployment.

Data-Driven Brand Building

  • Define and own social KPIs that go beyond vanity metrics (tracking share of voice, sentiment, deep audience engagement).
  • Use data-driven insights to constantly refine our platform/content/campaign approach.

You're Right for This Role If You:

  • Have 3+ years of strategic social media/brand marketing experience (Beauty/Skincare/D2C preferred).
  • Possess a strong portfolio showing how you've built love for brands on social.
  • Excel in fast-paced environments and thrive as a hands-on creative leader.
  • Are a natural storyteller and strategistable to turn business goals into social buzz.
  • Are obsessed with culture, trends, and audience insights.
