Role Description

The Associate Graphic Designer will contribute creative and impactful visual content to enhance the brand’s identity and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a fresher or early-career designer who has a strong design foundation, good taste, and the patience to build a brand properly. Responsibilities include designing graphics for digital and print platforms, creating logos, developing branding materials, and refining typography for various media. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, where teamwork and collaboration within the creative department are key components of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Design

• Design Instagram posts, stories, reel covers, and highlights
• Maintain a consistent visual language across all social platforms
• Adapt written content into clean, minimal visual formats
• Think in terms of grid consistency, not individual posts

2. Website & Digital Support

• Assist in designing website banners, section visuals, and creatives
• Support ongoing website redesign work using Figma
• Prepare visual assets for product pages and campaigns

3. Brand Consistency

• Follow LUPEN’s typography, color, and layout guidelines
• Ensure all visuals align with the brand’s premium and restrained aesthetic
• Avoid trend-heavy or overdesigned elements

4. Learning & Growth

• Learn premium brand design principles
• Improve skills through feedback and iteration
• Gradually take ownership of design execution

Skills & Qualifications

Required

Strong understanding of design basics: typography, spacing, alignment

• Familiarity with:

Figma (preferred)

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

• Interest in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands
• Ability to receive feedback and improve consistently

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Academic, internship, or personal design projects
• Basic motion design knowledge (Reels / simple animations)
• Awareness of how design affects user perception and sales
