About The Role
Purpose and ObjectiveAs a finance trainee , you will play a vital role in supporting the accounts & finance department and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. You will assist with a variety of accounting tasks and provide essential support to the accounting team in the area of Accounts receivable, Accounts Payable, Financial reporting & Finance Shared services.Key Performance IndicatorsCore Areas of Responsibility/ Accountability
- Bcom/BBA finance is Mandatory with a minimum of 60% academic
achievement.
- Previous internship in an accounting role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
- Familiarity with financial statement analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Educational / Professional Or Vocational Qualifications
- B.com or B.com(H) in Commerce/ BBA
- Aggregate percentage - Above 60% in 10th, 12th, B.com/BBA with no active backlog
