Associate - Finance

Key Deliverables

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including reconciliations, revenue identification, and financial transactions
• Assist in preparing, managing, and closing Balance Sheet and P&L oversee procurement, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance
• Ensure 100% compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, including GST and Income Tax, and support audits and tax filings
• Support MIS reporting for management and investors with accurate and timely financial data

Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate with finance team, stakeholders, external advisors, and bankers to maintain smooth financial operations
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with company growth and strategic goals
• Drive revenue assurance by identifying key revenue points and ensuring accuracy
• Stay updated on evolving fintech and Web3 financial practices, proactively contributing to process improvements
