Associate - Finance

JD: Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, monthly/quarterly reports, and budget vs. actual analysis to support internal and external stakeholders.Accounts Management: Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.General Ledger Entries: Support in maintaining the general ledger and ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately in compliance with accounting principles.Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports for management review.Expense Monitoring: Help track and analyze expenses, ensuring compliance with budgeted amounts and company policies.Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for cost-saving initiatives.Audit Support: Support the finance team during internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and available for review.Tax Compliance: Assist in tax-related activities, including preparing reports for tax filings and ensuring compliance with local and national tax regulations.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and reporting accuracy to support business efficiency.Data Management: Assist with maintaining and updating financial data systems, ensuring the integrity of financial information and data security.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
