Associate - Finance

As a Finance Associate at Indian School of Business in Mohali, your role is to support the FP&A function in comprehensive and timely reporting. You will also provide support in ad hoc accounting and reporting requirements as needed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Preparation of monthly Management reports and schedules to assist decision-making and planning processes. - Collecting and cleaning large data sets, mapping, and presenting them in excel templates/schedules and presentations. - Scrutinizing Actual Financial data for General Ledger (GL), Cost Centre (CC), and Fund usage to identify irregularities and make corrections. - Supporting the Annual Budgeting process, quarterly projections, and reporting on KPIs by updating Budget templates. - Updating budgets in SAP, monitoring variances, and addressing budget-related queries. - Assisting with ad hoc accounting and reporting needs of the Finance department with flexibility and responsiveness. - Collaborating with Finance and other stakeholders daily to ensure effective communication. - Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in reporting and analysis. - Communicating findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum: B.Com/ BBA - Desirable: CA Inter/CMA Inter/ MBA Finance If you are interested in this role, please apply by writing to talent_acquisition@isb.edu.,
