: Preferrable SAP Certification / Basic knowledge is plusProficiency in Relevant Software tools ( Excel, Cost Estimation Software )Work Mode

Shift Timings

: 12PM to 9PM

Job Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practicesAssist in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects

Evaluate project drawings and specifications to determine quantities and materials required

Utilize cost estimation software and tools as necessaryMonitor project costs and budgets to ensure adherence to financial plans

Identify cost variations and propose corrective actions as neededAssist in evaluating and processing change orders and variations to project scopeDetermine the cost impact of changes and communicate with relevant stakeholdersEnsure the accuracy and integrity of cost-related data

Prepare regular reports on project cost status and financial performance

Strong analytical and mathematical skills
