Planning Manager

As a Planning Manager at ONX Homes India Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive project plans and schedules for our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include project planning, material planning, and factory planning to ensure the successful execution of our projects. You will be required to develop and implement master project plans and schedules, coordinate with project managers and technical teams, and identify and manage project risks and issues. Your role will also involve tracking and analyzing project progress, adjusting schedules as necessary, and providing regular updates on project status to senior management and stakeholders. In terms of material planning, you will be responsible for monitoring and forecasting levels of material demand, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. You will also need to resolve supply chain-related issues and prepare detailed reports on material and inventory management. Additionally, as part of factory planning, you will conduct regular reviews of material demand and supply patterns, stay updated with industry trends to improve production planning, and identify opportunities for process improvements. You will work closely with the factory production and logistic teams to verify delivery and shipment details, track shipment operations, and develop shipment schedules to optimize project timelines.
