About The Role Looking for an associate who is good at troubleshooting of various BMS, HVAC Assets, with experience into voice support/customer support. Roles & Responsibilities Job Description Works under general supervision to provide product and technical support. Responds to basic customer inquiries related to installation, modification, upgrade, maintenance and repair of the company products or equipment purchased. Assists with conducting technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. Assists with drafting technical documentation to improve the level of on-site maintenance and timely processing of product fault. Coordinates technical service activities between customers, customer service representatives, sales representatives and field staff. Minimum Requirements Batchelor degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
