Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate, located in Mumbai. The Associate will be responsible for providing legal support to clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in various courts. The role also involves collaborating with senior attorneys on cases, preparing case strategies, and managing client communications to ensure efficient and effective legal services.

Qualifications

• Legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing case strategies
• Experience in civil and criminal litigation, dispute resolution, and bankruptcy proceedings
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and software
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; additional qualifications (such as LLM) are a plus
• Enrolled in the Bar Council of India
• Previous experience from 5 years upto 15 years in a law firm or legal department is a must.
