Job Purpose

To support the smooth functioning of business processes by executing assigned operational tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and contributing to overall team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day process operations as per defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  
• Review, validate, and process data or transactions accurately and within timelines.
  
• Identify discrepancies, errors, or process bottlenecks and escalate them appropriately.
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all process-related activities.
  
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and metrics related to process performance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow.
  
• Support process improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions.
  
• Ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in any discipline.

• Experience:

  0–3 years in process operations, back-office, or similar roles.
• Exposure to [specific industry, e.g., BFSI, fintech, BPO, logistics] operations is a plus.
