Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India, located in Delhi, India. The Associate will be responsible for Projects, Energy and Infrastructure Practice Are, which includes advisory relating to the Projects related Contracts like Concession, EPC, Construction, O&M, etc, corporate commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and construction disputes. The Associate will work closely with me and other team members to develop legal strategies, conduct legal research, draft documents, and provide comprehensive legal support to clients. Qualifications Experience in projects, energy and infrastructure sector, corporate commercial transactions, mergers & acquisitions Competence in legal research, drafting, and reviewing legal documents Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance Relevant work experience in a law firm or legal department is a plus
