• Partner with senior business leaders to define and execute short-term and long-term strategic workforce plans aligned with growth objectives. • Act as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to the leadership team on HR matters such as talent planning, org design, succession, and engagement. • Lead the talent engagement and development of Campus Hire Program, ensuring end-to-end employee experience from onboarding to integration and career growth. • Serve as the HR point of contact for leadership, offering guidance on organization development, performance, and culture. • Act as an employee champion and change leader for business transformation and HR programs. • Collaborate with HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D etc.) to design and implement key people initiatives. • Serve as SPOC for certain high-impact HR programs or processes, ensuring smooth rollout and business alignment. • Lead timely reporting, analytics, and review of people metrics with relevant stakeholders. • Manage and mentor a team of HRBPs, driving performance, accountability, and development within the team. • Lead change management efforts across the business and influence leadership during periods of transformation or transition. • Ensure alignment of HR processes with organizational strategy and deliver an inclusive, engaging employee experience.
• 15+ years of experience in core Human Resources roles, with ~5-6 years in senior HRBP or leadership capacity. • Proven ability to consult, influence, and align HR strategies at the executive and organizational level. • Deep understanding of HR principles, including Talent Management, Org Development, Performance, Engagement, and Employee Relations. • Prior experience managing or partnering with campus hiring programs is highly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive insights, and influence outcomes based on people metrics. • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills; ability to build credibility and trust across all levels. • Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
