The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and business partnering, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to drive business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, including recruitment, training, and employee development. Analyze data and metrics to inform talent decisions and measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives. Collaborate with the business to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Job Requirements Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Experience with talent management tools and technologies. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
