Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to drive business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, including recruitment, training, and employee development. Analyze data and metrics to inform talent decisions and measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives. Collaborate with the business to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
