Associate Director - Projects

You are an experienced and visionary Associate Director - Projects for an Architectural Firm, responsible for leading and overseeing the creative direction and execution of diverse architecture projects. As a key member of the leadership team, you will shape the design strategy, ensure excellence in design delivery, and maintain the firm's reputation for innovation and quality. Your role involves managing design teams, collaborating with clients, and ensuring projects align with the firm's values and global standards. Your key responsibilities include providing strategic and creative direction for all architectural projects, leading the development of innovative and sustainable design solutions, maintaining high standards of design excellence, mentoring and inspiring design teams, and pitching in for new project pitches and client relationship building. You will oversee the design process, guide design development from concept to completion, monitor design reviews, and work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, present design concepts and proposals, ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality design outcomes, work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, facilitate cross-team communication, lead and manage a diverse team of architects and designers, recruit and retain top design talent, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment. To be successful in this role, you should have a B.Arch. / M. Arch degree and possess 10 - 15 years of experience in architecture and project management.,
