Requirements
Job Description
- 6+ years of product management experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading enterprise-scale platform products.
- Experience with Data, AI, or Analytics platforms that deliver measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of multi-tenant architectures, API-first design principles, developer experience (DX), and platform economics.
- Proven ability to build platforms that teams choose to use due to value and usability.
- Solid understanding of modern AI and data platform components such as Kubernetes, semantic search, knowledge graphs, RAG, evaluation systems, guardrails, feature stores, and LLMOps.
- Ability to understand tooling choices, technical trade-offs, and system interactions without needing to code.
- Strong grasp of cloud-native data pipelines, data governance, scalability considerations, and platform security.
- Demonstrated experience driving organizational adoption of platforms or technology products.
- Skilled in measuring platform success via user adoption, speed of delivery, and revenue impact.
- Ability to model platform value, influence pricing strategies, and support sales in positioning platform-driven solutions.
- Experience converting platform capabilities into packaged, sellable client offerings.
- Ability to align executives, engineering teams, and sales stakeholders around measurable objectives.
- Skilled at communicating both technical and business concepts clearly.
- Experience delivering clear, detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
Responsibilities
- Build a strong, reusable AI platform that can be deployed across different environments.
- Design core platform building blocks ("platform primitives") that are consistent, flexible, and scalable.
- Ensure the platform is intuitive and easy to use, enabling engineering teams to prefer it over custom builds.
- Establish the platform as the fastest and most efficient path for delivering AI solutions to clients.
- Operate the platform as an internal business unit, acting as the platform general manager.
- Define platform value propositions, pricing models, and internal go-to-market strategies.
- Build an internal marketplace of reusable tools, frameworks, templates, and AI accelerators.
- Drive platform adoption through documentation, demos, enablement sessions, and usage tracking.
- Partner with Sales and Business Units to position and sell platform-based solutions to clients.
- Convert platform capabilities into scalable, repeatable offerings that generate revenue.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
