Associate Director Of Sales

As the Assistant Director of Sales (ADOS), you will play a crucial role in supporting the hotel's sales and marketing efforts to maximize revenue, increase market share, and nurture long-term customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in crafting and implementing the hotel's annual sales and marketing plan. - Taking charge of sales activities in designated market segments such as corporate, MICE, and travel agencies. - Cultivating strong partnerships with current clients while exploring new business prospects. - Conducting regular sales visits, property inspections, and client presentations. - Monitoring and evaluating sales performance indicators, and preparing comprehensive reports for the Director of Sales. - Collaborating with the revenue management team to devise competitive pricing strategies. - Providing guidance and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and achieve revenue targets. - Representing the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client gatherings. - Coordinating with the operations team to ensure guest satisfaction and align service delivery with client expectations. - Assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning strategies. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in hotel sales, with at least 12 years in a leadership or senior sales position. - In-depth understanding of local market trends.
