Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Associate Director of Sales at Radisson Hotel Group. The Associate Director of Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales operations, and enhancing business development efforts. Daily tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, leading and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring customer service excellence. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
• Expertise in Sales Operations and Customer Service
• Strong Team Management ability
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
