You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional project delivery, team performance, and client satisfaction.

While your primary mandate will be on delivery and operations, you will also support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Client-Centric Growth:

• Act as the trusted advisor for key clients, ensuring delivery excellence and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet evolving client needs.

Business Development Leadership:

• Lead client acquisition efforts, leveraging your network and deep industry insights to drive new business.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers across industries.

Team Building & Leadership:

• Play a pivotal role in shaping and growing the team, from hiring to mentoring and performance management.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within your team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of proven success in sales and business development within consulting, business/financial research, and market intelligence.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
• Strong network and established relationships with key clients in target industries.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A growth mindset with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing talent.
• Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and support business development activities.
