As an Associate Director Logistics Supply Chain at Novartis, your role involves capturing and scoping DDIT demands from business, collaborating with other DDIT functions, and ensuring the delivery of quality and compliant services to stakeholders in the supply chain and manufacturing labeling area. You will be responsible for successfully delivering standardized DDIT solutions for Novartis Supply Chain Logistics, specifically focusing on labeling capability aligned with the business and global DDIT strategy. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading initiatives to identify opportunities in the labeling area, gathering requirements, and working with customer teams to develop business cases - Partnering with senior business stakeholders and DDIT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis and solution proposal - Ensuring the delivery of products within budget, compliant, secure, and of high quality in the responsible function area (Labeling) - Establishing a governance structure for projects and operations with the right stakeholder representation - Overseeing and managing end-to-end Logistics application support services - Enhancing logistics processes in labeling through technology solutions and automation tools - Ensuring alignment of DDIT investments and services with business requirements and DDIT strategy Qualifications required for this role: - University degree in business, computer science, information technology discipline, or equivalent - At least 10 years of experience in information technology with 35 labeling project implementations - Expertise in technology and methodologies related to labeling solutions - Strong coding skills, particularly in AutoIT - Excellent understanding of supply chain processes, especially in Logistics - Ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks - Analytical, process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement - Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills - Fluency in English language - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment Desirable requirements: - Experience with ERP implementations in a multinational environment - Understanding of IT and business domain processes in validated environments Novartis is committed to diversity and inclusion, building an inclusive work environment, and creating diverse teams that represent the patients and communities they serve.
